1. Overview of the Service

ClickYourCity.com is a promotional platform that allows small and mid-sized businesses ("Business Users") to create and manage digital coupons or promotions. Customers ("Users") can discover, claim, and redeem offers at participating local businesses.

2. Eligibility

• Business Users must be authorized to represent their business.
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian permission.

3. Business Subscriptions

• Business Users pay a flat subscription fee of $29/month via Stripe.
• Each subscription includes up to 15 active promotions and a total of 50 uploads per month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused features.

4. Promotions & Coupon Usage

• Business Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fulfillment of their promotions.
• ClickYourCity does not guarantee customer participation or sales from promotions.
• Each coupon is issued with a unique QR code upon redemption by the User and must be presented at the participating business for validation.
• Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to expiration or limits set by the Business User.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and honest information when redeeming coupons.
• Abuse of the system (e.g., creating fake accounts or attempting to redeem multiple times) may result in suspension or banning.

6. Content Ownership & Rights

• Businesses retain ownership of their logos, promotional content, and brand identity.
• By posting content on the Platform, you grant ClickYourCity.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it in connection with the Platform.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or promote content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the functionality of the platform.

8. Termination

ClickYourCity.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Disclaimers

ClickYourCity.com is a promotional facilitator and not a party to any transaction between Users and Business Users. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or redemption of any promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickYourCity.com shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and your continued use of the platform after such notice means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Coupon Redemptions & Customer Information Consent

When a User redeems a coupon through ClickYourCity.com, they may be asked to provide personal information, including their name and email address, to receive a unique QR code and confirm the redemption.

Users will be given the option to opt in to share their contact information with the business offering the promotion. This opt-in is not required to complete the redemption. If the User consents, their information may be shared with the business for promotional or follow-up purposes. If the User does not opt in, only anonymous redemption data (such as promotion title and timestamp) will be shared.
